As one of Florida’s earliest licensed home inspectors (License #HI-59), Ken combines deep expertise with a passion for protecting your investment. Ken is more than just an inspector—he’s a family man, community supporter, and trusted resource to thousands of clients and agents across Florida. He has four sons, three grandchildren, and beloved daughters-in-law, all of whom he treasures deeply. We believe in complete transparency — when we finish your inspection, every question will be answered. And if one pops up later? We’ll still be here to help.
One of the unique features we offer is an onsite presentation utilizing all the photos that are taken at the time of inspection, we take the extra time to download and go over all the items that we will use to create your personalized inspection report at no additional charge, we have found that this visual presentation helps you better understand the report after completed and helps prevent anxiety while waiting for the report so you can focus on other things or if there is a major issue to you, this allows you to get a head start on resolving whatever is of a concern for you. The old quote "A picture is worth a thousand words" comes to mind, and we give you both. We are also available via phone, Facetime etc. to go over the report if you can not be present

We understand the expenses involved in the process of purchasing a home, and also understand that even though you may have selected a home for purchase, there are circumstances that may arise during the process that cause a change of heart or mind, and the inspection is an expense that you have to insure regardless, so if the contract falls through on a home we inspect for any reason even if it is not inspection related, we would like to offer you a second inspection guarantee that provides a discount on a subsequent inspection to help with the financial burden.

A windstorm mitigation inspection is a verification of the installed protective features of a home. There is no pass or fail, only documentation of the home's current state at the time of inspection.

Our Commercial Building Inspections are done by a single experienced building inspector or by a team of inspectors. We often deploy teams of 3 to 6 inspectors.

Often overlooked until there is an issue the drain lines like an iceberg where most of the components are underground or not visible. We have specialized equipment that allows us to view the interior of the drain system and record pictures and video
