INSPECTION READY CHECKLIST
In choosing a home inspector, I recommend seeing how long they have been inspecting houses, and also look at their sample reports. The inspection report and how deficiencies are documented can be the difference between buying a money pit or getting significant credits at the the closing table.

This agreement authorizes our inspectors to perform the inspection on your behalf. Without it, we won’t be able to proceed, so check your inbox (and spam folder!) and sign at your earliest convenience. Have questions? Our friendly coordinators are here to help—contact us anytime!
