With over 23 years of hands-on experience in the residential property industry, Ken Dolin brings a rare combination of expertise and passion to every inspection. Having worked as a contractor, investor, mortgage broker, and licensed inspector, Ken truly understands all sides of the real estate process.
As one of Florida’s first licensed home inspectors (License #HI-59) — long before it was required — Ken has built a reputation for thoroughness, honesty, and trust. He holds multiple state licenses, including:
