One of the unique features we offer is an onsite presentation utilizing all the photos that are taken at the time of inspection, we take the extra time to download and go over all the items that we will use to create your personalized inspection report at no additional charge, we have found that this visual presentation helps you better understand the report after completed and helps prevent anxiety while waiting for the report so you can focus on other things or if there is a major issue to you, this allows you to get a head start on resolving whatever is of a concern for you. The old quote "A picture is worth a thousand words" comes to mind, and we give you both. We are also available via phone, Facetime etc. to go over the report if you can not be present
