Try to divide chores up equally so that one person isn’t overwhelmed. The goal is to stay on top of the list. This can only happen if each person agrees to do their job.

Not all home maintenance projects make good DIY tasks. In fact, for some jobs it could cost more in the long run if you try to do the work without the right knowledge or tools. 5. Schedule the Work

Add each task to your calendar and set reminders on your phone. Use an app designed to help with time management if that keeps you on track. Many home service providers offer automatic scheduling as part of their maintenance programs, including HVAC, water system and water heater maintenance.
